2016<\/b>: After acquiring the Multi Family Office business from BTG Pactual M\u00e9xico, we established ourselves as a Multi Family Office and Independent Investment Advisor, regulated by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV).<\/span><\/p>

2018<\/b>: We opened our office in El Paso, Texas, under the name Virtus Family Office LLC, becoming a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). That year, we ceased operations as an Independent Investment Advisor in Mexico.<\/span><\/p>

2022<\/b>: We manage the VFO Alternative Investment Fund in the Cayman Islands, an alternative investment vehicle regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), specializing in international private investments.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
